Her first job as a sales associate in a Geneva, Illinois tea and spice shop taught Jill that listening is the cornerstone of customer service. Because the shop owner had difficulty speaking, Jill often would step in as translator, interpreting what customers had trouble understanding. She says, “It was a great learning experience, teaching me patience and understanding.”
Jill has been applying that same customer service skill set to her roles at the company. She serves on the Trust committee and is a member of the Wealth Management team, in which she is responsible for a select group of client relationships. Listening and understanding her clients’ needs helps Jill make a lasting difference in their lives.
Jill earned a BA in economics from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA). She is a member of the Financial Planning Association and has over 25 years of experience in the industry.
An avid nature-lover, when Jill isn’t working, she can be found outside gardening, exploring our national parks, tending to her vineyard, or enjoying relaxing evenings on her patio sipping wine with her husband. “I can’t let a nice day go by without spending at least a part of it outdoors!”
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, Certified Financial Planner™ and federally registered CFP (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
