But many professionals are failing to find the balance simply because they have the wrong goals in mind. In his TED Talk “How to Make Work-Life Balance Work,” author Nigel Marsh makes four observations about finding more time for living amidst the demands of work. And it starts with facing the truth of what you can and can’t do.

Nigel argues for a less radical approach to work-life balance, one that calls for little investment that doesn’t create dramatic upheaval in your life.
