Are you interested in a career with a wealth management firm that offers a first-class experience for its clients as well as its team members? We are a privately held company that offers an encompassing array of multi-generational services and integrated systems. We are seeking a Wealth Advisor preferably with an existing book of clients to be an Ambassador for our firm. Our Wealth Advisors are responsible for managing a book of clients and utilizing the firm’s resources to deepen relationship with existing clients, prospects and centers of influence, while growing the firm’s client base. Understanding the scope of this effort, this position is supported by an outstanding investment team, trust and estates team, retirement plan service team and operations group.


Responsibilities:

  • As the leader of a team supporting clients, wealth advisors have new revenue and client retention goals.
  • Develop, manage and grow a center of influence network.
  • Responsible for determining and satisfying client expectations for all facets of the client relationship.
  • Maintain high level of client service as measured by client satisfaction and referrals.
  • Initiate and maintain frequent communication, including face-to-face meetings, with the client and the client’s key advisors and develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s current situation, important family relationships and goals.
  • Provide advice on a variety of financial topics including retirement, tax and estate planning strategies.
  • Provide investment strategies that are appropriate based on the risk tolerance level of the client.
  • Actively participate in professional and community organizations to market the TC Wealth Partners brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree required or Advanced Degree preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Series 65 or 66 required. CFP®, CIMA or similar designation preferred.
  • Inherent drive to be of service to others, clients and colleagues, with strong relational skills that include the ability to relate to others and identify the feelings and perspectives of others.
  • Drive to grow in knowledge, effectiveness and responsibility.
  • Persuasion skills—able to anticipate needs and persuade clients and prospects to achieve goals/objective.
  • Willingness to work independently and be accountable for results.
  • Practice sound judgment and high ethical standards.
  • Extensive and growing knowledge of investment management, retirement planning, estate and income tax planning and trust administration.
  • Possess strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistent behavior—candid, level headed and calm. Follows through on commitments.
  • Social/Networking—comfortable entertaining clients, prospects and COI’s.
