Mission:

TC Wealth Partners/Trust Company is hiring a Trust & Estates Account Executive.

The role of an Trust & Estates Account Executive is to work closely with the Trust Advisor and Trust Services Director to provide overall trust and estates operational and administration services to accounts, manage special requests, and handle day-to-day account administration for clients. There will be participation in client, prospect, COI meetings and entertainment functions at the discretion of the Trust Advisor.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as main bridge between operational and administrative components of the day-to-day trust and estates administration.
  • Responsible for transactions and special projects needed for administration.
  • Answer routine client questions and service requests.
  • Gather, enter and maintain client data and files.
  • Prepare necessary account paperwork.
  • Read and interpret basic trust agreements and documents, and ability to identify, research, analyze and resolve problems with trust and estate accounts.
  • Review tax reporting information; coordinate tax report review and dissemination.
  • Research relating to tax planning and legal document questions. Prepare estate maps.
  • Coordinate discretionary distribution requests and real estate reviews.
  • Review client accounts, cash balances and prior day transactions for accuracy.
  • Maintenance of client records and files, including scanning documents.
  • Model portfolio cash raise/invest as needed.
  • Review daily transactions.
  • Proactive and timely communications with clients; ability to discern best communication method given the circumstances.
  • Prepare materials and participate in client meetings as needed.
  • Assist clients with access and navigation within client portal.
  • Other complex activities and research as directed by Trust Advisor.

Education:

  • Associate, Bachelor’s, or other professional degree preferred or relevant experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of support/assistant experience – preferably in trust administration.

Certifications :

  • CTFA preferred or willingness to obtain CTFA
